CHALLENGE

Refresh GTM Companies brand identity to convey the image of a large fast growing company that has thousands of clients and over 100 employees.

OUTCOME

The new GTM Companies brand has a fresh and professional look but preserves its friendly, energetic, and welcoming feel. This rebranding helped the companies HR department in increasing the number of applicants an overall amount of new hires.

SOLUTION

GTM Companies new personality and tone of voice have four characteristics: Excitement, Competence, Integrity, and Innovation. I want to ensure these characteristics are conveyed throughout all design assets.

To present GTM Companies I chose a minimalistic and clean design with simple shapes and extra white space to help users focus on the content. The brand has a black, blue, and white color scheme, vivid imagery, and classic lettering to make content prominent and create an appearance of a reliable and successful company. The idea of ”G” icon in the logo was kept to preserve brand equity, but the icon style was simplified and modernized. This was paired with a modern-looking typeface Eurostile to convey an innovative and professional tone. Classic Lato was used for headings, giving strength and utility to the overall layout. The sans-serif typeface Poppins was used for the body copy to support any message without overpowering it.
